Production Strength Liwan Intelligent is based in the manufacturing industry, relying on standardized production systems, large-scale production capacity layout, and refined management capabilities to build industry-leading production strength and provide customers with efficient, stable, and high-quality mass production services.
The company's production base is located in the Fourth Industrial Zone of Qiaotou Village, Houjie Town, Dongguan City. The first phase of the factory covers an area of 12000 square meters and is equipped with 230 professional production and technical personnel. Three final assembly workshops and 12 standardized production lines are set up, forming a full process production chain from component assembly, finished product testing to packaging and warehousing. It has a core production capacity of 4 million small household appliances per year. The output value in 2024 has reached 320 million yuan, demonstrating strong mass production and delivery capabilities. In response to the increasing demand for orders from customers, the company quickly completed capacity expansion at the beginning of 2025, adding multiple assembly workshops in Dalang, Qiaotou, Qishi, Tingshan and other places to further expand production scale, optimize regional production capacity layout, and flexibly undertake large quantities and multi category production orders.
On the basis of large-scale production, the company has established a sound quality control and supply chain system, achieving full chain quality control from raw material procurement, production process monitoring to finished product factory inspection.
